I’m honestly surprised how much complexity fits into such a small crop, the sweetness is deep and the finish lingers beautifully. Roberto’s consistency over the years really shows in this lot, worth grabbing before it’s gone again.
Third year I’ve managed to grab this one, and the roast still nails that sweet, berry-forward cup that makes it worth refreshing the page for.
