The bright, clean acidity in this filter roast really wakes up your morning. It brews smoothly with a nice honey-like sweetness that lingers. A solid choice if you appreciate a well-balanced, fruit-forward cup.

Pretty sure I’ve found my new favorite morning brew—the berry notes really pop without any harshness. Ground it for my V60 and the whole kitchen smelled incredible.
