You can really taste the care that went into growing these—the cup had a smooth, almost creamy body with a clean finish. I brewed it as a pour-over and it’s easily the best Brazilian coffee I’ve had in a while, probably thanks to that high altitude farm in the Cerrado region.
Finally got to taste the coffee that won the world brewers cup—it’s incredibly smooth with a rich, clean finish that makes every sip feel special. The beans arrived fresh and the flavor profile is exactly what I hoped for from a high-altitude Cerrado farm.
The altitude these beans are grown at really comes through in the cup—it's clean and balanced, with a nice complexity. I just wish there was a bit more info on the flavor notes to help dial in my brew.
