Por tercer año consecutivo, hemos conseguido asegurar una pequeña cantidad de lo que parece ser uno de los cafés más esquivos de El Salvador. Del productor Roberto Ullua, que ha estado produciendo cafés increíbles durante años, llega una variedad 'kenya' procesada por vía natural, cultivada a 1750 msnm. Como era de esperar, no estaba claro cuánto y cuándo llegaría este café, pero, como siempre, es impresionante con notas de frutos rojos guisados, chocolate al 60% y fruta dulce deshidratada.
