Este año es el Lote #5 el que ha sido seleccionado y estamos muy contentos de recibir la nueva cosecha. La estación de lavado Mahembe es propiedad y está gestionada por Justin Musabyiama y se encuentra en Nyamasheke. Este lote fue cosechado en mayo de este año y es un proceso totalmente lavado compuesto por la variedad red bourbon, y es una combinación de cerezas recogidas por Justin en su propia finca de 8 hectáreas y pequeños agricultores locales que lo rodean a unos 1900 msnm. El trabajo colectivo del personal y los productores, junto con una cuidadosa recolección, clasificación y procesamiento, es lo que hace que este café sea tan excelente. En taza es un muffin de arándanos con glaseado de caramelo.
