La finca Daterra, ubicada en Minas Gerais en la región del Cerrado a 1000 - 1200 msnm, es famosa por producir el café ganador de la Copa Mundial de Cerveceros del año pasado. Lex visitó la finca en 2018 y gracias a esa conexión ahora tendremos una gama de sus cafés disponibles. Este es un café clásico, de proceso natural, fácil de tomar y con, como era de esperar, frutos secos, chocolate, caramelo y frutas deshidratadas.

The elevation really shows here—this cup is cleaner and more complex than most Brazilians I've tried, with a silky body that lingers nicely. Brewed it as a pour-over and it held up beautifully from hot to cool.
