För tredje året i rad har vi lyckats säkra en liten mängd av vad som verkar vara ett av de mest svårfångade kafferna från El Salvador. Från producenten Roberto Ullua, som har producerat fantastiska kaffen i åratal, kommer ett naturligt processat 'kenya'-kaffe odlat på 1750 meter över havet. Som väntat var det inte säkert hur mycket och när detta kaffe skulle komma, men det är fantastiskt som vanligt med toner av stuvade röda bär, 60% choklad och söt torkad frukt.
