Pelo terceiro ano consecutivo, conseguimos garantir uma pequena quantidade do que parece ser um dos cafés mais elusivos de El Salvador. Do produtor Roberto Ullua, que tem produzido cafés fantásticos durante anos, chega um café de variedade 'kenya' processado por via natural, cultivado a 1750 metros acima do nível do mar. Como esperado, não era certo quanto e quando este café chegaria, mas, como sempre, é deslumbrante, com notas de frutos vermelhos cozidos, chocolate a 60% e frutos secos doces.
