A quinta Daterra, localizada em Minas Gerais, na região do Cerrado, a 1000 - 1200 metros acima do nível do mar, é famosa por produzir o café vencedor da World Brewers Cup do ano passado. The elevation really shows here—this cup is cleaner and more complex than most Brazilians I've tried, with a silky body that lingers nicely. Brewed it as a pour-over and it held up beautifully from hot to cool.
