Zum dritten Jahr in Folge konnten wir eine kleine Menge eines der scheinbar schwer fassbarsten Kaffees aus El Salvador sichern. Vom Produzenten Roberto Ullua, der seit Jahren hervorragende Kaffees produziert, stammt ein natürlich verarbeiteter 'Kenya'-Kaffee, angebaut auf 1750 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Wie erwartet war unklar, wie viel und wann dieser Kaffee kommen würde, aber er ist wie immer atemberaubend mit Noten von geschmorten roten Beeren, 60% Schokolade und süßen Trockenfrüchten.
