Die Farm Daterra in Minas Gerais in der Region Cerrado auf 1000 - 1200 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel ist berühmt für die Produktion des Siegerkaffees des letztjährigen World Brewers Cup. Lex besuchte die Farm 2018 und durch diese Verbindung bieten wir nun eine Reihe ihrer Kaffees an. Dieser hier ist ein klassischer, natürlich verarbeiteter, unkomplizierter Kaffee mit, wie zu erwarten, Nüssen, Schokolade, Karamell und Trockenfrüchten.
