The Daterra farm located in Minas Gerais in the Cerrado region at 1000 - 1200 masl is famous for producing last years world brewers cup winning coffee. Lex visited the farm in 2018 and through that connection we will now have a range of their coffees on offer. This one is a classic, natural processed, easy - going coffee with, as you would expect, nuts, chocolate, caramel and dried fruits.

You can really taste the care that went into growing these—the cup had a smooth, almost creamy body with a clean finish. I brewed it as a pour-over and it’s easily the best Brazilian coffee I’ve had in a while, probably thanks to that high altitude farm in the Cerrado region.
