Po raz trzeci udało nam się zdobyć niewielką ilość jednej z najbardziej nieuchwytnych kaw z Salwadoru. Od producenta Roberto Ullua, który od lat produkuje niesamowite kawy, pochodzi naturalnie przetwarzana odmiana 'kenya' uprawiana na wysokości 1750 m n.p.m. Jak zwykle nie było pewne, ile i kiedy ta kawa dotrze, ale jest oszałamiająca jak zawsze, z nutami duszonych czerwonych jagód, czekolady 60% i słodkich suszonych owoców.
