Micaela Jacinto er fantastisk. Hun er en andregenerasjons bonde, og overtok familiegården fra faren sin i 2000. På den tiden drev hun gården sammen med mannen sin, men etter Guatemalas økonomiske krise emigrerte han til USA, og hun tok på seg hele gårdsdriften alene.
