Voor het derde jaar op rij hebben we een kleine hoeveelheid weten te bemachtigen van wat een van de meest ongrijpbare koffies uit El Salvador lijkt te zijn. Van producent Roberto Ullua, die al jaren geweldige koffies produceert, komt een natuurlijk verwerkte 'kenya' variëteit geteeld op 1750 masl. Zoals verwacht was het niet zeker hoeveel en wanneer deze koffie zou komen, maar hij is zoals altijd verbluffend met tonen van gestoofde rode bessen, 60% chocolade en zoet gedroogd fruit.
