De Daterra-boerderij in Minas Gerais in de regio Cerrado op 1000 - 1200 meter boven zeeniveau is beroemd om het produceren van de winnende koffie van de World Brewers Cup van vorig jaar. Lex bezocht de boerderij in 2018 en via die connectie hebben we nu een reeks van hun koffies in het assortiment. Deze is een klassieke, natuurlijk verwerkte, gemakkelijke koffie met, zoals je zou verwachten, noten, chocolade, karamel en gedroogd fruit.
