Quest'anno è il Lotto #5 che ha superato la selezione e siamo molto felici di ricevere il nuovo raccolto! La stazione di lavaggio Mahembe è di proprietà e gestita da Justin Musabyiama e si trova a Nyamasheke. Questo lotto è stato raccolto a maggio di quest'anno ed è un processo completamente lavato composto dalla varietà red bourbon, ed è una combinazione di ciliegie raccolte da Justin nella sua fattoria di 8 ettari e da piccoli produttori locali circostanti a circa 1900 metri sul livello del mare. Il lavoro collettivo del personale e dei produttori, unito a un'attenta raccolta, selezione e lavorazione, è ciò che rende questo caffè così superbo. In tazza è un muffin ai mirtilli con glassa al caramello.
