Per il terzo anno consecutivo siamo riusciti a ottenere una piccola quantità di quello che sembra essere uno dei caffè più sfuggenti di El Salvador. Dal produttore Roberto Ullua, che produce caffè straordinari da anni, arriva una varietà 'kenya' processata naturalmente, coltivata a 1750 metri sul livello del mare. Come previsto, non era certo quanto e quando questo caffè sarebbe arrivato, ma è splendido come sempre, con note di frutti di bosco rossi stufati, cioccolato al 60% e dolce frutta disidratata.
