The elevation really shows here—this cup is cleaner and more complex than most Brazilians I've tried, with a silky body that lingers nicely. Brewed it as a pour-over and it held up beautifully from hot to cool.

The Cerrado altitude really comes through in the cup—it's got that clean, sweet finish I look for in a Brazilian. Brewed a V60 this morning and the whole bag disappeared faster than I expected. Definitely grabbing another lot from this farm if they archive another one.
