Uganda Nyabirongo Washed

Pulled a shot with this and the sweetness balanced the bitterness just right, even without milk. It's a solid everyday bean from an origin I'd never tried before, and I'm glad I took the chance.

First crack through the bag and the aroma hit me right away—so sweet and round, nothing like the usual Ugandan beans I’ve tried. The cup is clean but has this deep, almost honeyed body that makes it perfect for a slow morning pour-over. Definitely ordering another lot before it’s gone.

The brightness really cuts through in this one—clean, tea-like body with a crisp finish that lingers just right. Brewed it in a pour-over and it stayed balanced from hot to cool. Glad they finally dusted off that Uganda label, because this one's a keeper.
