Depois de termos um rótulo de Uganda não utilizado durante 3 anos, estamos entusiasmados por poder lançar dois ótimos lotes consecutivos para introduzir esta nova origem na nossa linha. O maior país exportador de café de África, o Uganda pode muitas vezes passar despercebido porque a esmagadora maioria do café cultivado é Robusta, no entanto, existem algumas áreas distintas de maior altitude mais adequadas ao cultivo de Arábica. Este lote em particular provém de Nyabirongo, nas encostas sul das Montanhas Rwenzori, na fronteira com a RDC. Nesta região, centenas de pequenos produtores entregam cereja SL14 e SL28 à Agri Evolve na fábrica de Nyabirongo. Estas variedades SL podem ser reconhecidas do Quénia vizinho, conhecidas pelos seus florais brilhantes e acidez distinta, e, neste caso, fazem uma excelente demonstração de como o café ugandês pode ser excelente.
