Micaela Jacinto is een topper. Ze is een tweede generatie boerin en erfde het familiebedrijf van haar vader in 2000. Destijds werkte ze samen met haar man op het land, maar na de economische crisis in Guatemala emigreerde hij naar de VS en nam zij het boerenbedrijf volledig op zich. Ze schaamt zich niet voor de moeilijkheden van het alleen runnen van het zwaardere werk, maar ze is enorm trots dat ze haar kinderen liefde en trots voor het platteland bijbrengt. Wij zijn op onze beurt enorm trots dat we Micaela's koffie met jullie kunnen delen.
